At Box Hill Veterinary Hospital, we pride ourselves on the quality of the service we give, and the facilities we use. This philosophy is born out as you enter our Hospital as our nursing staff are always on hand to ensure a warm and caring welcome.  The member of staff who welcomes you will take your details and prepare your pet's record on our computer system. All our records are stored on a central computer which is accessible throughout the Hospital. Thus your pet's clinical file can be easily retrieved, is always legible, and contains a full medical record, including medications, at the touch of a button (or two). The separate cat and dog waiting room allows the cats and dogs to be separated to minimize stress to pets and owners. 
Pet foods, non-prescriptiondrugs, shampoos, collars, leads, grooming and training aids are ondisplay in the waiting room and available for purchase. Cool water,tea and coffee are also available on request to waiting clients. 
The Hospital is easily accessed from the on-site car park, and has generous disabled access. Now, let's walk into the consultation rooms... |
